Palazzo Coppola is a private holiday home in Puglia, reimagined as a sequence of indoor and outdoor rooms.
Within a historic townhouse, three bedrooms and three living rooms are arranged around the communal spaces of the house and a central courtyard, while above, a vast roof terrace extends daily life beneath the sky.
The recent restoration recovered the house’s original fabric, reopening a long-hidden courtyard and lightwell to the surrounding rooms.
Local materials and craftsmanship reinforce the building's existing conditions without resorting to nostalgia, creating a place intended to stand quietly beyond passing trends.

Palazzo Coppola is available for exclusive use, accommodating up to six guests across three generous double bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and sitting room.
The living rooms sit between the bedrooms and the communal areas, forming a sequence of connected yet independent spaces. They can be opened up and shared, or kept separate, providing an additional layer of privacy between guests. At the centre of the house are a kitchenette, dining room and courtyard, with further space to eat, sit and spend time together. All the domestic spaces occupy the first floor.
Above, a large roof terrace extends the house outdoors as a sequence of open-air rooms. It includes a plunge pool, an outdoor kitchen and generous areas for dining, relaxing and gathering.
A separate laundry room and a ground-floor cellar complete the house.

Amenities include bed linen, towels, organic toiletries, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, toaster and espresso machine, while the laundry room contains a washing machine and dryer. A smart TV is located in one of the living rooms, and each bedroom is provided with a hairdryer. On the roof terrace, guests also have access to a private seasonal plunge pool, an outdoor shower, an equipped outdoor kitchen, a solarium and several lounge and dining areas.
As Palazzo Coppola is located in the historic centre, there is no private parking. Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets: spaces can sometimes be found directly outside the house, and otherwise usually within a one minute walk.

We can organise transfers to and from Palazzo Coppola from the region’s main airports and railway stations. Local transfers to nearby beaches and attractions can also be arranged on short-notice and request. Prices vary depending on the journey and number of passengers.
For stays of more than one week, weekly housekeeping and a change of towels are included. Additional cleaning and bed linen changes can be arranged at an extra cost.
